Many BCG members offer instruction in various skills that are not listed on our class calendar. If you are interested in arranging private lessons for you or your group, please fill out this form. Your request will be forwarded to our members and the performers will then contact you for further details and to discuss their available courses, class schedules, and fees.
Come on down to the Cirque Lab every Sunday in April where we will explore elements of physical theater, improv, and clown in a workshop that's been developed from Della's years of performance and education that has spanned the country. Heighten your unique sense of comedy, physical expressiveness, and creative problem solving, while nurturing mindful playfulness! With fun and a compassion for kindness as the root of her art and teaching style, this is a workshop for any level. Great for actors, performers, dancers, teachers, musicians and more! Ages 18+

Have you always wanted to fly but thought it impossible? It's not at all! And no, you don't have to be a kid. Both of your instructors are professional aerialists that, get this, didn't even start aerial until well into adulthood! Come learn the basics of hanging on trapeze, silks, rope, and hoop. Have fun. Find some new muscles. Laugh. ENJOY YOURSELF!

Grab your friends and learn something new! Pole dancing is an excellent way to build strength, increase self-confidence and learn to move your body, all while getting a great workout. Group pole parties are now available, perfect for birthdays, bachelorette parties or any girls night! During this 90 minute class, you'll learn basic pole holds, spins and climb, as well as fun choreography to put it all together! No previous experience is needed - just be ready to move and have fun!

This class is for almost everyone. Focus of the classes is geared toward tools and techniques to demystify balance and gain skill-specific strength. For those who've always wanted to balance on their hands and just kick up to fall down, you can find control, coordination, and baby steps so that handstand no longer seems like a magical unicorn in a hidden forest. For those already finding some success in a free-standing hand balance, you will get tools to improve alignment for shoulder longevity, work on presses, and drill towards one arm.
PJ has an extensive background in kinesiology, movement education, and injury prevention. She relishes the opportunity to incorporate that background to make the class a holistic experience.
PREREQUISITE: Just one. Must be able to kick up to a wall unassisted and stay there for 10 seconds.
NOTE ON PAYMENT: minimum $5 per class, $15 suggested

Dream has a background as a gymnast and coach and has been teaching circus arts for 5 years. She provides a strong focus on safe body technique and expressive movement.
PJ has been a movement instructor for 20 years and brings her background in kinesiology to every session.
Both Dream and PJ love sharing with everyone from brand newbies to emerging professionals.
