General ticket FAQ

Can I get a refund for the ticket(s) I purchased?

We do not offer refunds. However, your tickets can be used by another patron.  Anyone can use your tickets by giving the name of the person who purchased the ticket(s) at the door, so feel free to sell or gift your tickets to friends or fellow circus fans! 

 

Can I exchange my ticket(s) for a different show date or time?

No. Tickets are for a specific date and time, so make sure you check and make sure you are buying tickets for the correct showing! If you are unable to attend the show you bought tickets for, someone else may use the ticket(s) you purchased- just have them give the name of the person who purchased the tickets at the door when they arrive.

 

I didn’t receive a confirmation email. Did my ticket purchase go through?

  1. Check your spam folder! It would be coming from info@venuepilot.co with the subject line “Your ticket confirmation.”
  2. Check other email addresses you may have used to purchase the tickets.
  3. You can add “info@venuepilot.co” to your address book to make sure our emails don’t go into your spam folder in the future.
  4. Check the card you used for payment and see if the ticket charge went through. If the charge went through, you’re on our will call list!
  5. If you’re still unsure of whether you ticket purchase went through, email us at tickets@bellinghamcircusguild.com with the name & email that you used when buying.

 

How do I collect my ticket(s) at will-call?

First, make sure your tickets are for the correct date and time! If the show you are attending is 21+ you will be required to show your ID before you enter the building so remember to bring that with you. When you enter, tell the greeters at the table inside the door the first and last name of the person who purchased the ticket, and they will look up your reservation and check you in. 

 

What if I am not able to attend on the night I bought my ticket(s) for?

You can find someone else to use your ticket(s)! They can give the name of the person who purchased the ticket(s) to the door team when they arrive at the show.

 

Are paper tickets available?

Nope! All tickets for BCG shows are will call only. Just tell us the name on the ticket order at the door.

 

Do I need a ticket for an infant that will be in my arms?

For all ages show, babes-in-arms are free! For 21+ shows, only people who are 21+ with valid ID will be allowed in the door – no exceptions, even for infants.

 

Does the Cirque Lab have accessible seating for wheelchairs or walkers?

Yes, we always have reserved accessible seating areas along the aisles. For the best experience, please email tickets@bellinghamcircusguild.com before the show and let us know the date/time you are attending, what kind of accessible seating you need, and the total number of people in your party. 

 

Are there seating accomodations for folks who are visually- or hearing-impaired?

We are happy to accommodate patrons with sight or hearing impairments by reserving seats closer to the front. Please email tickets@bellinghamcircusguild.com before the show and let us know the date/time you are attending, what kind of accessible seating you need, and the total number of people in your party. 

Health & Illness-Related Policies and FAQs

 

What is the current mask and vaccination policy for attending shows at the BCG’s Cirque Lab?

Masks are encouraged but not required. We currently do not require any proof of vaccination for entry to shows and events. 

 

What should I do if I am not feeling well on the day of the show I bought a ticket for?

If you think you may be sick, please stay home and gift or sell your ticket to another circus fan instead! If you can’t find a new home for your ticket, we will make an exception to our no-transfers policy for illness or other health emergencies. Please email tickets@bellinghamcircusguild.com to find out about switching your tickets to another date. Thank you for helping to minimize illness risk to our hard-working cast & crew so the show can go on!

     

    What if I have recently been in contact with someone who is sick or might have COVID?

    Please follow CDC guidelines on isolation and quarantine: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/your-health/quarantine-isolation.html. If you are isolating at home (and have internet), many of our shows have a livestream option that you can enjoy instead!
