Dream Frohe is an aerialist with a passion for thoughtful and dynamic movement.  She has been teaching and performing aerial dance nationally and internationally since 2010. Using her background as a gymnast, in addition to a lifelong interest in dance and other art forms, she teaches the fundamentals of body awareness, strong technique, and expressive movement in a fun and safe environment.  Follow her on Instagram @dreamfrohe.

HANDSTAND CLASSES & PRIVATE LESSONS

with PJ Perry, MS

    PJ is a long-time aerialist and member of the Bellingham Circus Guild.  She coaches intermediate and advanced aerial rope, and now offers private and group instruction in basic handstands.  Her coaching technique draws from her years teaching anatomy and kinesiology at the university and several trade schools, and she has extensive experience coaxing movement out of all walks of life, from her 20+years of teaching pilates.  She began applying her teaching to circus arts in 2017 and hasn’t looked back.  PJ is also still a performing artist, specializing in aerial rope and aerial duo.

    Noa is an aerialist specializing in trapeze. She has taught aerial and Pilates for a decade and finds joy in working with students of all levels.

    Emily has been practicing aerial circus since 2015. She specializes in aerial silks (fabric/tissue) but has experience on rope, straps, and sling as well. As a coach, Emily works with students to master basic aerial silks or sling skills and gain a thorough understanding of fabric theory. She’s delighted to share the joy aerial brings her with beginner students looking to try something new in a safe, comfortable and fun environment.
